Somehow, somewhere, sometime – and definitely in the Alpenarena Bad Hofgastein. On August 1, 2026, two international music icons will be the focus of an extraordinary open-air evening: NENA and Bonnie Tyler will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the summer concerts in Bad Hofgastein with the greatest hits of the 80s.

Two artists, two unmistakable sounds, a decade of music history. NENA, icon of German-language pop, returns to Gastein after her performance at the first Summer Open Air 2016. Songs such as “99 Luftballons”,“Irgendwie, irgendwo, irgendwann” and “Leuchtturm” are still timeless today. Bonnie Tyler brings international rock and pop history to the stage with her distinctive voice and global hits such as “Total Eclipse of the Heart”,“Holding Out for a Hero” and “It’s a Heartache”.

The Gastein Summer of Culture connects generations on this evening. With music that lasts. Singer-songwriter Sharron Levy will open the concert evening as the support act.
