The reception at B&B Berglift is the central point of contact for our guests – not only for the B&B itself but also for the Arkadia Apartments and Parkvilla Apartments, which are jointly managed through this position.
Your tasks:
- Friendly reception and support of our guests on-site, by phone, and email
- Check-in check-out for the BB and the apartments
- Coordination with cleaning and service teams (e.g., room status, laundry, keys)
- Processing reservations, inquiries, and bookings through various channels
- Creating invoices and performing daily closings
- Preparation of guest information check-in documents
- Assistance in the breakfast area or with general tasks in the house
What you bring:
- Warmth, organizational talent, and joy in dealing with people
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- Good German skills in speaking and writing, English is an advantage
- Experience at reception or in the hotel industry is a plus – but not a must
- Team spirit, flexibility, and sense of responsibility

About us
In our restaurant you can expect not only Italian wood-fired pizzas, which are prepared exclusively with ingredients from Italy, but also Austrian classics. Our spacious sun terrace can accommodate up to 80 guests, while our restaurant seats a total of 130. The direct location at the valley station and the easy access by ski make the winter season our peak season.
During the winter months, there are around 25 employees in the ski rental, BB accommodation, restaurant and après-ski bar.
Our winter season lasts until Easter, followed by a four-week break before we seamlessly start the summer season, which runs almost directly into winter (in the fall we take about three weeks off).
We are a young, passionate team of hosts and focus entirely on your wishes. Whether you prefer a five-day week or a six-day week, we are flexible and open to part-time positions in all advertised positions.

- You are welcome to stay in our house. We offer our team a spacious shared flat directly in the building. All single rooms with private bathroom WC.
- In the early and late seasons we have two days off in summer, one in the main seasons and no days off in winter. We attach great importance to providing our employees with a regular working rhythm.
- We offer a 5 or 6 day week – depending on your wishes and depending on the season or by agreement
- Remuneration according to collective agreement with significant overpayment depending on qualifications
- 13 / 14 Salary (paid quarterly on a pro rata basis)
- Free meals even on days off.
